W.H. stands for Wilhem Hobacher, the maker, which was based in Vienna (Wien), Austria (Oesterreich)

Yes, I think this is a good one. You can see the hand-finishing on the reverse. I'd just like to see a clear shot of the catch, as it looks like it might be replaced
