    Iam gunning for this one, its so good it makes me nervous. This guy must have been through hell. The Finnish medal puts the cherry on the cake.

    Now this is why the books are worth it, FB&L Clasp, even from a shoddy pic I can see the flaw on the 2nd arrows on obverse and the little flaw on the reverse, the little line between center motiff and catch.

              Dion, all I can say is - it's a stunning grouping, simply stunning!

              On top of all the rest of the awards the Finnish medal is the coup de gras.

                Yes, also in it is his ISA with Doc and some other bits.

                Iam trying to tell from the pics on the 57 bar if it is a gold CCC.

                    The 57 bars are a bugger to decipher; often what looks like gold is not. You mentioned the ISA and doc, also other bits - what other bits? I'm starting to salivate

                    Is the OST and doc also there?

                        I'd wager that's a gold CCC on the ribbon bar as the color is closer to the gold wound badge, whereas if it were bronze, I'd expect it to be closer to the bronze swords on the KVK ribbon.

                          Hi Dion,

                          Excellent grouping, very nice indeed! Glad the CCC book came in handy for you.

                          Fust is NOT a known recipient of the CCC in gold, I cannot find him in any NKiG list, so I would say that the 57 is a bronze grade.
