I just added this nice CW to the collection...Many Thanks Robert...

It differs with my other CW in that the hinge on this example fits into the guide lines.

My other example has a different type hinge and a type of frosted finish.

While I cannot see your photos on this forum (for some reason I haven't been able to see the pictures you post on WAF for about two weeks), I did see them on the GCA site.

They are both excellent examples, but for me your most recent addition gets the nod. Congratulations and thanks for sharing.

Very nice condition indeed. Also I like the variant hinge setup, I think that is the first time I have seen that on a CW.

Thanks for the comments guys...

I was excited about these two when I got them. The first type with the fitted hardware inside the guides has a smooth milky white, silver finish. The second type along with the hinge difference also has a white silver finish but with a frosted coating.

Another difference I have noticed is the extra material below the eagles neck. The first type having a "type of beard" or extra material but it is lacking on the second.
