"Heavily worn" is a bit of an understatement - what has happened to this CCC - the eagle is almost worn away as are the oak leaves.

IMO, an original which has backplate possibly replaced and a very poor paint job.

I'm going to have to be the odd ball here. IMO, the obverse details are a bit soft. That and the backplate look very similar to Staegermier's fake FLLs. Maybe I've been reviewing his fakes too much (as the saying goes: I'm a hammer looking for a nail), but I figured I'd point it out just in case.
