    Heer Flak Badges

Picked up these 2 flak badges this weekend along with some other goodies.
First one is a Junker but what is the other one? Looks like a mid to late war, would like to assign a maker to it because more than likely it will hit the estand.

This is a copy Justin, let us hope you haven't paid too much for it...
    Kind regards,

Well if is is a copy I bought it from an honest dealer/collector that offers a full money back on his stuff, So I am not to worried. I ll have to break out my badge book and study it a little closer.
(lesson buy from a reputable dealer or collector)

It's the 'lizard man' flak fake.

The second flak appears to be the 'flat back' fake. Marc will correct me if I'm off base. But it looks like the badge in his book.

I quickly remember now why I have not bought badges in over 8 years.

Unfortunatly both fakes, you should return them as quick as you can. If it is an honest dealer he will refund you money. Best is you quote the pages from Marc. Gs Flak book as a reference.

Mistakes can happen but honest people will make them good.

The 'Lizard man' fake is on page 408, 'flat-back' fake on page 413.
