    hello-who's the maker
    also when I bought it it was considered Nickel Silver or of another white metal...any facts about badge will help

                Nice badge. If it is Nickel silver or German silver AKA Alpacca. It is an alloy of Copper, Zinc, and Nickel. It has no Silver but looks like it and tarnishes like it. It is also very tuff. One way to find out(a big no no on this stuff) would be to polish it.
