CCC Bronze and Silver - opinions please

I have a bad feeling about these two.
    Please give me your opinion.

    Thanks in advance,
    /Carl

Both look to be perfectly original Large-Font AGMuKs to me. Why do you think they look bad?

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

          Hi Tom,
I cant really put my finger on it.
What about the blue color on the silver ccc?

          /Carl

Well, this isn't the first time I have seen this blue stuff on a Large Font AGMuK. I actually think this might be the blue finish to the backplate that somehow came off!

Notice how the backplate seems to have lost its finish when viewed from the obverse. These Large Font AGMuks are the ones with the unique aqua-blue backplates, so my thought in whatever way this badge was stored, it caused a reaction with the original blue backplate finish and made it come off. Weird to say the least, but I wouldn't clean the blue off just yet

I have never seen the blue plate you speak of with that color, ive seen more blued looking as chemically done in the metals finish, and reddish brown or rust color. I feel the color resembles blue dykem used in machine shops during manufacturing, as they also have red.

Im wondering why its only staked in 3 spots, and missing one staking on the upper right to hold the plate in. Ive never seen color run from the back plate in the purported theory from storage. Has anyone else ?

So is it of the consensus ...original , as i dont have one of that maker to compare, and why do they have two different pin styles? Is that normal for that gablonz maker? The silver version pin reminds me of the type encountered on ccc sub badges..

Does anyone else have any others of the same maker that are known originals for a side by side comparison. That would be interesting to see how close they are.
