New IAB addition - Hollow Deumer

    Hi guys,

Just back from a long weekend visiting some friends and I see that I have a lot of catching up to do on the threads I've missed! Also waiting for me when I got home was this nice, early hollowback Deumer IAB. I already have a really minty one of these, but I just have a soft spot for these worn tombak badges, with the tombak showing through on the highlights which really gives it some character. This one also has a variant, flat wire catch, much rarer than the unique "crescent moon" catch usually found on Deumer badges, just another reason to add her to the collection.

    Thanks guys.

    Tom

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

        Hi Tom

As you say, just the right mix of silver finish and tombak showing through. It looks great

        cheers

Don´t throw away your fake WB´s! Get in touch with me.
I collect them for reference purposes for the benefit of the hobby (for the right "fake" price of course).

Thanks guys, appreciate the great comments.

Seems like I got lucky on this one, usually Chris and I are left sorting through the scraps that are missed by fischer and stewy these days!!
