Legion Condor Tank Badge 1st pattern?

I've studied previous threads here regarding these badges and saw it mentioned that the 1st pattern badge had the skull and tank connected in the manner this piece exhibits. The main question is whether this badge is pre-1945 manufacture? And if so, is this truly the 1st pattern or a variant? Has this type been observed in period photos?

These are the only photos provided to me so I hope they are sufficient to make a determination.

I dont think its one ive seen before with the skull connected to the tank on that tab. Iteresting differences.Unsure of the details of the wreath. its possible... but way different for sure. Id say needs a closer look some better shots . Always cool to see something new and different. Maybe some pin and catch close ups also.

I think it's one of those Souval souvenirs,
...just cut out different over the tank,
compare the dot details of the scull to details on your badge.
