SOS 09 Haul

OK, so three badges does not make a haul! But one is stone cold mint and the other two are rare as they come. I am very happy with how my SOS went!

Best part of it was seeing all my friends, and Tom Durante.

Not to hijack the thread here, BUT what is SOS? Just wondering as I have heard tons of stuff about it lately but no specifics. I figure its a militaria show/auction of badges, awards, probably firearms etc etc, but can I get a definite on this? Also is it yearly, monthly, quarterly? Do they travel all over? Only Europe? Only N. America?

Any info would be awsome as I would love to go to one of these if it is at all possible! Thanks ahead of time.
