    Can the Close Combar Bar get toa Artillery officer?
    I have nuniform m/1940 Can it be in Russia?

    Yes!

    As can be found in the Association pages, the CCC could be awarded for a minimum of 15 days of combat days (bronze), with silver at 30 and gold at 50 days. Definitions as follows:

    1. All combat days in which the soldier had the opportunity to be close enough to "see the white of the enemy's eyes", use close combat weapons to assault the enemy man-to-man and be victorious.

    2. Days in which the soldier was part of a mayor attack or assault, reconnaissance attack, defense of a position, or single messenger run.

    Now, an artillery officer could be a Forward Observer (FO) on the front lines, or the artillery could have been used in direct fire on a number of occasions - especially defending its own position. Thus it's entirely possible for an artillery officer to receive the CCC.
