Good JFS, no problem.
The catch was indeed repaired and put back in place facing the wrong way.

Yep, Philippe is exactly correct. The catch opening should be facing the right, not the left. Otherwise, vintage silver JFS. A bit rare I would say as well. Tougher to find than its bronze twin.HCComment
