Hi Sergey, there are a few threads about this medal on the forum. But I cannot recall seeing a photo of one which has the "correctly" formed swastika like the one that you show?
I would worry that this does not conform to the normal Spanish design. Sorry, I cannot help you more.

Hi Sergey, I am no expert on these. I would think that it is a fake, as it does not conform to the originals I have seen here on the forum. Checkout the threads about these and see what you think? There is one thread currently running about these started by Toby. Here is a link:
