    Close combat badge opinions?

    Hey guys,
I wanted to get your opinions on this badge. I have been offered this and I am just not sure. There are a few things that bug me about it.
    - the size of the square (Eagle spread wings) is too small.
    - the clasp being round rod instead of square.
    - the indented surface around the area where the pin is attached.
    - I like the overall length which is 97mm.
    - The weight is correct at 1.2oz
    - Detail looks good.
But what do you guys think, is there something I am missing?
    Thanks,
    Kevin

Looks like a nice original rarer FLL with crimped hardware.
              Kind regards,
              Giel

Looks good. Bronze or Silver?? I'm going to say bronze with all the finish missing. Any takers?

The pin looks like it has some Bronze left.

                        Hi guys,

Bronze for me too. You will notice that FLL almost always used this tan colored backplate on their bronze grades, while using black on their silver and golds.
