    Well, mine looks different..the needle is made of a metal pin bend at the end.
    The one earlier shown has the needle weld together on the hinge itself.

            Imo an original heeres flak. I have a few makers that come to my mind when seeing this badge but I'll leave that up to Marc.

                        good evening guys, I collected the beer flak from dave earlier and can 100% guarantee the catch is original to the piece, for any one who has eric queens rather fine book red shines the sun check out page 174 this catch is also found on the 1943 pattern juncker para badge.
