    I'm really not sure on it, it looks very well made, but?

    I have never seen exactly that type before. Looks well-made, but not very "German" so to speak. Well the eagle does, but not the wreath and background.

    ???

    I wouldn´t pay a fortune for it.

        I certainly have found some good items at the ebay, but my advice is to stay away from there and turn to well reputated dealers or fellow collectors, when you are going to buy something.
