      Hi Paul,

      The CCC is a reproduction, known as the "butterknife" fake and sometimes found marked F&BL.

      The LM Heer Flak looks good and typical condition of this maker.

      Not sure about the IAB due to the pics, can you give us a side shot of the hinge?
