We are used to see these RK PAB's with ball hinges, yours has a bloch hinge which is soldered directly to the zink, isted of being crimped. The catch also seems like a direct solder. Would like to see the close ups you took a bit sharper, would that be possible?

I agree that I am used to seeing the ball hinge as well. Here is an "RK" that I picked up a while back that has this ball hinge

I posted this badge on an other forum to see the outcome over there and they agreed the hinge and pin are most likely repairs. If this badge wouldn't have a repair I would say 180 euro. If you want to get rid of it in a few days I would say 120-130 euro.
