    Legion Condor Tank badge

I don't have high hopes for this one. While great on most details the teeth, ribbon and shape of both the tank and skull don't seem to conform to any of the ones I've seen posted as original in other threads. I thought I'd post this here for comments to see if I could learn more. Thanks for any assistance in evaluating this badge and its shortcomings.

That looks like a perfectly good 'Wiedmann-type' badge to me, although the hinge is not the normally encountered type.

If it is silvered brass, fairly thin and finely detailed around the wreath, I'd say it has a good chance.

And the skull. Yours has the bones cut out, but that's no problem.

This is the Wiedmann type in wear, with the distinctive down-turned bones.

Try and match the hardware to another one of this maker's products.

I mean if Richard can match that hinge/pin combo to another Weidemann product then it stands an excellent chance .

                            I agree.
The two badges look identical to me.........except for the hinge/pin.

Gentlemen, thanks so much for the input. This badge actually belongs to a friend of mine and is not in my possession. I wasn't able to get as close a match on any others posted in the forum but the one Robin posted may give my friend some hope. Don, excellent suggestion on trying to match hardward from another badge by the same maker. Now the hunt begins to see if another Weidmann badge can be found with the same hardware. Many thanks to both of you!
