Help With IAB

Can anyone help identify this IAB? My head says it's an S & L but not sure. The details look different from what I'm am use to seeing.

Hi Fischer, it's a late war badge, so called vertical crimped IAB, maker unknown.

it is not a S&L.The manufacturer is unknow.one calls it "deformed leav vein/vertical crimped"
