      Not really my area of collecting. I do believe that is not the correct ribbon for the medal though. You may want to post this in the medals section, may get a bigger response there.

                  it bad, has no drop hanger, is wrong loop{shud be shamfered} , bad detail, ribbon shud be watersilk blau. it easy to just say bad , but look at search for 4yr madal and see diference . hope i help. paul
