Ground Assault & Army Flak; opinions, please...?

I have had the ground assault badge and army flak badge pictured below (both unmarked) in my collection for quite some time now, and I would very much appreciate some opinions about them...
The ground assault badge (a zinker) shares a good deal of detailing with the GB ground assault, but (at least) the catch is different - any thoughts...?:

The army flak badge seems to be a late war zink badge, and my theory is that it could be an unmarked RS badge...? It is not a high quality badge, but it does have some character... Good or bad, RS or not...? What do you think?:

    Cheers,
    Mikael

yes it does look like an unmarked RS

Hi Mikael - if you do a search on "unmarked army flak" there was a good thread about this type of badge.

      Hi Mikael,

      Two difficult badges at once.

My guess would be that the luft GCB is a very late war Osang. The eagle shows all the right characteristics and very typical for these Osang eagles the clearly defined 5 inner feathers next to the eagles leg.

The heeres flak looks believable but you never can be 100% sure with these without handling them.

Thanks for your input, Craig and Philippe!
RS(?) flak: Hmm... following Craig's advice, I searched through that thread, and noticed that Jan Arne's RS-marked badge looks very much like mine... I suppose that the question still remains regarding which RS badges to trust... The forum members' research so far has at least convinced me that there were wartime badges made marked with the finer, angular, initials "RS" (e.g., KM badges, Heeres flak-?), as well as with the rounded "s" initials (e.g., general assault, CCC). BUT: there are good fakes out there of both kinds... That is, the normal curse of this hobby...
LW Ground combat: Never thought of that it might be a Osang...! The construction is more similar to that of GB, but you are right, Philippe - the eagle seems to share traits with the Osang badge... ?
Anyone else who has any opinions in these matters?
        Cheers,

          I agree

Yes if you look at the unmarked one I posted for sure you can see it is a RS badge compared to yours & also Jan's. However the catch & pin assembly for me wasnt right. Plus I sent it to Detlev for his opinion & it wasnt good so in the end I declined. However I think it is one of those badges that will always be in the "was it right, was it wrong" filing cabinet in my mind. I think it was safer to let it go. Looking at yours it is more similar to a marked piece but alas with Souval badges was it pre 45 or after that is the stickler - perhaps because it is unmarked it gives more weight to pre 45 ?? who knows

            Mikael,
I agree with Philippe in that the GAB is definately not a G.B.. And I don't have enough experience to make a statement as to which maker made it. I just wanted to add, it is a very nice badge with outstanding detal to the eagle.

            Very nice badge!
