    Gb42 Gab

    Any thoughts on this GAB? There aren't many around to compare it to. I know Detlev had one on his site a few weeks ago, did anyone save those pictures? In a previous thread, Mike K stated that he was aware of a fake of these. Anyone have pictures of that fake?

    Back. The hinge is different than another GB42 GAB I have seen. The lettering crooked. Any concerns with that?

      Hi Harry,


      At the moment I'm at the office and can't access my picture files. Your correct, you don't see these often. I also tried searching the forum without results. I was quit sure that Lorenzo once started a thread on these.

      There is however nothing that scares me away from this badge, good detailing and what looks as genuin bubbling of the zink finish. Quit difficult to fake IMO.

      I'll see what I can find tonight and get back to you.
