FCL or GEF ?

Hi guys, In Alan Beadles book he claimes that the firm Franke & Co Ludenscheid is not the maker of badges with the initials FCL but the initials stands for GEF, anybody heard of this or is there any proof for this, and what are these initials stand for ?

I wouldn´t pay any notice to Alan Beadle or his opinions. He´s a well known criminal in the collecting scene. Half the badges shown in his book are fake anyway, just a way of selling them I suppose.
FCL is almost certainly Dr. Franke & Co.
