This time in silver. Can it be attributed to a maker? Thanks.

      Hi Rob,

Seen these before, they remind me a lot of Wernstein PAB's

          Hi Rob

Here is my bronze üü to compare with.

One other thing the badge you posted originaly was a bronze version. Traces of the bronze finish a still visible on the obverse, but the dead give away is the remaining bronze finish on hinge and catch.

            Hi Bob,

Here is my unmarked silver that I got from Mr. Pinkus. He believes these to be of the Rudolf Souval fame.

                    Hi Guy's,

                    Intersting.

Who believes that Wernstein and Souval shared the same design?

I hate to start this debate again, but it looks a lot like the ones posted here:

P.S. Philippe, can you post the back of your bronze üü?

There are quite a few who shared that obverse design. Arno Wallpach is even one more maker with that obverse.

                          Cheers, Frank

                            Hi Guy's

I would like to propose the canditure of EWE to join the same club. Any Objections?

A fifth variant with the same obverse design is featured in Tucker's book on page 62/63. IMO wrongy attributed to S&L because of the packet it was found in. Other than a fifth maker this PAB could also be an um RS with a broad pin.

@brian, here is the back of the Bronze Wernstein

Thanks for your responses. I am stunned by it being a bronze badge but sure enough, the bronze is evident in the recesses, not on the high points.
