Indeed an original well worn Juncker. Great badge!

Wonder if that right rivet was reworked at one point? Oh, and what a pity about the catch
    Kind regards,
    Giel

How do we attribute this badge to the firma Juncker?

I have seen the stretches of trying to make certain naval badges into Juncker badges with nothing more than a similarity of hardware.
I hope this is based on more than wishful thinking and the desire to give every unamrked badge an attributed maker. I would think an original packaged badge, with the Juncker maker on the reverse, would be good enough evidence.

          nice original

@ Bob, I agree with you, I don't know from what can see this is a Juncker made.

These badges feature the hand file marks on the wreath which are very typical to other Juncker (eventually marked) badges, for example the army para badge, the army flakbadge but also an observer badge, pilot badge, luftflak,...

Set up on these also leads towards Juncker, exactly the same set ups were used on zink army para badges. The barrel hinge is a very typical thing and if you take a look closer you will see the horizontal lines in it.

A PAB50 and a GAB50 of this type were both found once with original tags attachted to them. The tags were marked with Juncker. Both badges were examples to show the men what they could earn for their brave actions.

Quality wise these are the best made numbered PAB's, who else exept for Juncker could have made them?
            Kind regards,
            Giel

If someone can prove this is not Juncker, he will recieve a free GAB.

Would that be a numbered GAB?

                    Chris,

Is the number box "50" magnetic? Juncker badges usually have this feature.

                        Then its a good badge.

Not all original Junckers have magnetic boxes but most do.
