    Hollow silver PAB

    Dear All,

I have been offered the following hollow stamped silver PAB. It is made of Nickelsilver. The detail is very sharp.

I tried to match it up with any real or fake PABs I know but failed to find a match.

    What is your opinion?

    Thanks in advance and

    best regards Al

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

              Gentlemen,

I thank you very much for making it an old man's day. I think I am having a run here. Just thirty minutes ago I returned with a nice little set to a winner of an EK2 (24 or 25 marked), s. IAB (A.Ssholze), and a br. CCC (F.&B.L.) plus the three award docs! The best part is that the mm on the CCC is written propperly bellow the catch and not upside down above it Yes, being sarcastic here

On a more serious note, any idea on the maker of the hollow s. PAB?

              Thanks again,

              Al

                Philippe,
This is another of the "Cadillac" PAB's isn't it?

                  Indeed it is Sal.

However I prefer to call it the Porsche of all PAB's.

Makes more sence IMO since Ferdinand Porsche made some engines for the Panzers and even design some of them if I'm not mistaken

Ahhhh, but Philippe, a Porsche is so small and tiny where as a Cadillac is so big,... practically a tank anyhow!

                      Hi Sal,

Does the name "Cayenne" ring a bell over there.

                        Hi Philippe,
No "cayenne"is a mystery to me . I'm not catching the joke. What does it mean?

                          Hi Sal,

                          Here it is!

Porsches latest invention that looks a little like a Panzer IMO.

2,4 tons of steel, top speed 160miles (turbo configuration), 0-60 in 5,6 seconds. Don't really think it would notice a Cadillac if it ever hit one

For more info on the monster

                            AAAAH HA,
now I get it . But Philippe didn't you know... after the war we stole all the original Porsche technicains and designers (as well as the rocket scientists) and they came up with the 1959 Cadillac? Thats why it looks like a cross between a tank and a rocket ship!

That's another nice PAB! Been bitten pretty good by the PAB bug, have you?
