Emergeny Help, GAB round catch plate

Hi Guys

Iam in a net cafe next to a private buy..
I dont have franks book on me but is there a heavy type solid GAB with block hinge and a Round base for the catch with an S&L type hooked catch, the eagles head looks a bit Assman.

The catch hook is like this excewpt on a round plate and not oblong.
