Narvik schield

I need your help wit this one.

I am offered a Narvik shield. It belonged to the grandfather of the seller. I can also get the original "Verleihungsurkunde" that came with this schield.

I think it's an original but I want your opinions on this one because you know mutch more about these things then I do

Can someone also tell me what a price of a Narvik shield is these days?

Urkunde looks good to me.

The shield doesn´t look bad, by why is it missing some of the "pedestral" behind the eagle (on the left side)???
