SS 25 year Service . Good or not ????

I have a chance to buy this one but want some opinions on its authenticity before I part with hard earned readies !! Cant get more pics as the gentleman is away for a while , hope these are enough for an opinion

This is a very good piece with the varrient ribbon. This is shown in Dohler 1939 book. Contreversy ranges on the construction of the ribbon. As a whole this is concidered original. The last example I sold was £3000.00.These are extreemly rare.
