Your opinions, please, a collegue of mine has branded this a fake, and gave me his reasons. Being only my 3rd PAB, and my first "JFS" I'm not too sure as the workmanship is quite good!

Scott is correct. This badge is indeed a fake. The first clue is the checkering of the chest feathes that go all the way up the head. Then there is that line down the middle of the badge. The JFS mark seals its fate.pseudo-expertComment

The artifically aged "spider-web" patina ia also a give-away for a bad badge.
