Opinions on this. Anyone now maker? Also does it look as if it has had any repairs? Has 2 holes in it, under the tank and between the eagles legs. The holes have filled with solder assumingly when the catch and hinge were put on. Any help would be great!!

Looks like a solid blob fake ? based on a BH Mayer/F&R design with a Wiedmann pin setup. ??

Looks more like an F&R/BH Mayer that lost its reverse hardware, was worn sewed to the tunic until such time as repairs could be done back in garrison. That would account for the different reverse setup. Just a theory.

Here is a blob that I have the dubious honor of owning. You can clearly see the differences between it and the one that started this thread.
