    Hello Carlos,

The Clasp is an original by Friedrich Linden. Unfortunately, it has quite a bit of damage from zinc corrosion.

    Best regards,

      Yes, an original FLL clasp.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Are there fake FLL pieces around with the correct designation in the mark?
I mean, with the rounded characters?
Or are a straight F, L and L still the dead give-away for a fake?

          Best regards,
          Martin

They are getting better Martin. But still not good enough!

Obviously straight letters are a dead give away, along with the crimping.

              Thank you, Pablo...

Although not good enough, I am glad to see this one for the first time over here, and not on a dealer's table.
It could easily take me in 'This Must Be A Variety' modus.
              Which is dangerous with me...

              Best regards,
              Martin
