According to the LDO number, the maker is Foerster & Barth from Pforzheim. Their "Prasidialkanzlei" number is 10.

This might be a Foerster & Barth envelope if the stamps on it are for real, but the (original) GAB pictured above is not a Foerster & Barth. These look like this:

Frank is right, no way is the GAB I posted a Foerster & Barth. No where near as good quality wise.
I do think the packet is OK though.
I just hope the GAB isn't too late war (1970's-80's
)
