Spange with Memellandes campaign medal

Hello,
The memellandes Medal has been on my wanted list for a long time now.

I spotted this one , and I'd like to know if hes original. I like the fact that he's attached to a Spange ,because that would indicate that the ribbon isnt a replacement.

The medal itself could have been replaced so I hope that that hasnt happend.

What do you think of this medal?
