    Rare PAB Bronze 75 JFS

    Dear All,

I have never seen this badge before, the hollow back ones for 75 in Bronze are around, but this is the first I have ever seen a JFS 75 Bronze anywhere in any collection or book, so I thought I would post it for all to see.

Unfortunately it is not mine, does anybody have one of these?

    Regards,

    Anthony

I have seen a JFS bronze, whether the one I saw was genuine or not I don't know, it came from a German collection about a year or so ago maybe longer and ened up in the UK.

It was much more exspensive than the 75 I have so instead I bought the silver and bronze both unmarked.

The only reference I can find to a maker is JFS on the marked badges of these, thats in WW2 German Medals by C. Ailsby.

On the silver 75 RK and JFS are known makers, this book is dated 1994 so this info may be out of date.

    A very nice badge there.

    Kind regards,

    Marcus

        Hi Guys,

Is it possible to see the Back of your badges Marcus?

I do believe that the hollow back numbered badges 75-100 were made by GB, they did the 25-50 ones so you would think they might have done the others to.

Here is my 75 JFS PAB, this is the one on my Avatar.

        Regards,

        Anthony

There is a bronze JFS-marked 75 for sale on Detlev's site today. Or was for sale; someone already bought it.

            Regards,
            Greg
