Hi guys,
Could you please tell me if this medal is original or not? Sorry, these are the only pictures I have... The small ring has sharp edge as I was told it's original.
I really hope this is a real deal because I'd like to buy it. Please let me know... Thanks everyone in advance!!!

This award may be authentic but I doubt it. I would not buy it anyway as I am not comfortable with the difference in the stippling pattern from one side to the other. Having said that, we would all be able to assist you more easily if you could provide clear photographs of the obverse and reverse of medals in their upright position.

I do not mean to offend here. It's just that you are looking to lay out some big dollars for an item of this sort and we want to be able to give the best help possible to ensure you get what you pay for.

Any seller worth dealing with will supply decent photo's. If they don't that should be a red flag. With the exception of Hitler's personal Blood Order almost everything else will come along again sooner than you think.

Thanks Stu! I'll probably have to drive a couple of hours to go there taking pictures myself. . I just want to see if there was any obvious red flag about this being fake, It would save me a couple of hour drive.

..It don´t look like a Deschler or Petz & Lorenz. The only two makers of these that I know!

From what i can see it has many traits of a well known fake.

In particular ,the stipling and what i can see of the wreath

I would give it a miss.
