    CF Junker CCC - Original?

Is this one of the replicas discussed, or an original? I appreciate the help - s/f Robert

          Hi Robert,

Much better closeups would be needed to be sure, but from what I see, a very nice original Juncker clasp.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Tom, thank you for the initial read. The posted threads and pubs served to bewilder me - lots of opinions out there on these, it seems. I know the pictures I posted are dismal, so I appreciate you reading the tea leaves.

Is it a characteristic of these badges for the bronze to turn goldish? The color had me a bit concerned also.

              Robert,

Yes, Juncker used a finish that turns goldish and even has a rainbow type affect, best seen on the obverse. F&BL used a similar bronze finish.
