      What you have is a massive bronze "seven Wheeler". As yet, the maker is unknown. Pity about the catch.

          These are hard to find Mauser so even with the missing catch still a keeper. Believe it or not there is a fake of this badge made by the famous Afrikahero Here's mine with variant hinge and catch.

                    I wish I knew Chet...the zinc looks very fresh at that spot so I'm guessing it was done recently, but I found this badge for under 190.00 delivered so I wasn't complaining
