CCC gold already a bad one...?

Bad Pix, I know, and I cannot get any better ones anytime soon - the CCC book is coming out in October, and I know nothing on these, but I saw that one today. What's everyone's opinion on this one, the gold looks nice and kinda dull, I know chances are slim that a gold CCC is in fact a gold CCC, but can this one already be weeded out judging by these pix? Is the Clasp a good one in the first place?
Thanks for any comments and what to look for (as long as I'm waiting for THE book)...
