      I agree, lot of picked up medals displayed haphazardly. Maybe he could spare an IAB for his buddy in the background.

        I have no idea if this picture is original or not. If it is there is no reason why this guy isn't just having a little bit of a laugh.
        Notice the picture contains nurse's etc. If these where soldier's at a rear treatment center, they could have been just messing around. Whilst recovering from wounds.
        Army cap, luftwaffe tunic looks like something hand made hanging around his neck.
        Or were the germans not aloud a sense of humor.
