Fake in my opinion. What stands out bad are the blurred accorns in the wreath.

Better pictures are needed. Wouldn´t count it out from these pictures.

My guess is fake:

1) Die flaw on lower bayonet handle
2) Strange recess and blood groove at tip of bayonet
3) Really poor detailling (file work) on inner eagle's wings
4) And there is more!

One way or the other, a pretty bad example.
