Sorry Looks Bad
I am sorry to say it looks like a cast fake. The backround would have fingerprint like look to the stipping. I do not see that. The runes and the four should be sharpe and not blended in to the backround. Bad do not buy.

It looks like it has been painted with enamel paint, some of which has chipped off at the 11 o'clock outer rim....Comment

Its bad unfortunately.
The full on reverse shot that shows the stipling to be rather lumpy is the defining statement.
And as Red faced says, it appears to be finished in some sort of enamel.It certainly doesnt look like the finish found on originals.Comment

These were replaced in spring of 1939 by Wehrmacht long service awards.
No such thing as late war production
IMO its cast and i doubt if the suspension ring is seperately soldered on.
