          Wellllll, I have owned a few F&R PAB's and they have never had a hinge and catch setup like that...dont know what to say
          just for comparison, here is one of the F&R Unmarked badges I use to own,

              The first one shown is a crude fake. It has a cast in hinge which you would never find on this makers badge.
