Translation Please

I was wondering if anyone could translate the attached Heers Flak paragraphs for me?
Or give me a rough idea of what it is saying.

Roughly it says

The Heer Flak Abzeichen was instituted on 18 July 1941 by Oberbefelshaber Des Heers. It can be awarded to all members of Der Heeres Flak Der Infantrie and Der Heeres Flak Artillerie

a) for flak companies and light batteries of Der Heeres Flak Artillerie who take part in at least 5 firings of ordinance as Zugfuehrer, Geshuetzfuehrer and Geschuetzbedienungen, as long as the firings are in sucession.

b)for heavy batteries der Heeres Flak Artillerie members of Gefechsbattrie with at least 5 consecutive firings.

c) A commander whos batteries take part in these actions


1.to kompanie and batteriefuehrers if half of the men in the Gefechsbatterie already have been awarded the Flakabzeichen and thier handling of these actions is worthy.

2.to Kommanduers where half of thier Kompanie or batteriefuehrers have been awarded the flakabzeichen (3 or at the least 2 of them). Also due to the commanders good handling of the situations

The Flakabzeichen is awarded though the General der Artillerie by the Oberbefehlshaber des Heeres. It can be awarded with the Sturmabzeichen. The awardee also gets a document. Wearingwise: on the left breast next to the Sturmabzeichen on the left side as seen by the wearer

Interesting to see what the actual award requirements were.

One reads/hears such funny things for the requirements for badges like; 'Having to shoot down 3 enemy aircraft' for this one.

Really 5 Kills. There would not be many handed out then I would think or what did they classify as a Kill?

This is the same sort of mess that the LW points system got into for the award of the IC.

X points for Aircraft type y

and x points needed to get an award

This leads many to believe that when a muti-engined bomber was shot down the German pilot was given 4 kills. I think it was one kill and 4 points to an award.

Could this be the same sort of thing for the flak badge.
