Looks like a good AGMUK CCC. Might be a good study piece, but these are common enough to find one in much better shape IMO.

I wouldn't spend $100 for a common item in relic condition. If you are going to collect try and get quality items in very good condition. It will cost more in the beginning but you will never have to upgrade and they will gain in value.
