If you lighten up the pic it would help but I believe the second one is the "Two dot" fake.
Check the fakes gallery and you will find both there.

Wanna know where I got them?

Tony Caliendo's shop (Wars of the World) back in the mid-90's. This was BEFORE it was general knowledge that he was a comple bastard con-artist.

The interesting thing is now I am a dealer (mostly repros for the reenactor market) and I see Tony at the shows. He'll be at the one at Concord Plaza this month, so I plan to have a chat with him. My plan is to tell him the score and ask for my money back (I paid $65 each back then). That should be more than agreeable... I'm 6'3 and I have a terrible temper when provoked...

That is a flaw. A better give away is the eagle's head. Note the checkering that goes all the way up simulating feathers.
