ÜÜ Panzer Assault Badge help please

I'm trying to get some trade items together for another member. As I was taking photos tonight of this PAB, I started looking for similar badges and could find a match to this one marked ÜÜ. I've had this badge for 10 years but really don't know much about it. Is this one good or not? Notice the eagle as it has cros hatching up the neck which I could find another like this. So now I'm starting to wonder about the this one ...

This is an interesting one. Take a look at the hair line that runners down the middle right of the front. Can you see it?

The cross hatching/feathers of the neck and head are an easy way to spot this one.
