      Looks like a nice worn Wurster with a possibly repaired catch and perhaps hinge pin. Side shots would help.

        Sorry to semi repeat Don D, it does look good, IMHO the catch is repaired, as for the hinge I think it's a battered original - but as per Dons comments - a side shot would help.
