Tank badge real or fake?

Sorry guys, I'm new on this forum and I have so many questions about medals that I have been offered to buy.

Here is a tank badge. My friend is not 100% sure if it is original or not - the eagels head seems strange to him im adding it here. Any help will be apreshiated
